The ceramic fillers are extremely hard wearing and allow Zingaceram HS to provide a highly durable, chemical-resistant coating. This coating has been used on both structural steelwork (for multi-million pound projects) and on sub-sea pipelines.

Zingaceram HS is available in 5 litre tins and cures to give a grey finish.

EP Thinner HS should be used for spray application.

Zingaceram is normally used on top of a base coat of Zinga and is a unique epoxy primer. Its pigmentation is comprised of both ceramic fillers and micaceous iron oxide (MIO) flakes that form over 200 layers of metallic platelets throughout the dried film. These platelets act as both moisture and salt barriers.
